Poor venrilarion, temperature controls, interior design, management, pest infested, wack af imo. Great community of tenants however. Will miss my neighbors dearly! They made living there for three months possible, enjoyable, s/o mike, hilda,🙂✌️🙏🙌👐

I have lived here in Metropolitan apts. For 7 months. This place is amazing, because Jesse tbe apt manager takes personal care of each tenant as if we are all family. I am very grateful to live in a safe place. Thank you, Francesca Boudet

I've lived at The Metropolitan Apts. for almost 11 years now. I've been very happy living there. Bro Rat's review I totally agree with. Nathan's review does not describe the building as I know it. Jesse, the manager, will ask tenants to turn down music or TV's if she gets a complaint, she'll talk to a tenant if rent isn't paid on time, but I've never known her to be rude to anyone, unless that person would come up to her and just start screaming in her face ... then Jesse might raise her voice to get them to calm down, so she can figure out what the perceived problem is and then try to get it fixed. I do remember the tenant who brought in bed bugs. That was 7 - 8 years ago. His lease was not renewed, he left and there's been no new reports of bugs since then that I'm aware of. The studio apts are the biggest in size that I saw when I looked around that entire area. Before someone moves in, each unit is painted and new carpet is installed. The majority of the time, there's a waiting list of people who want to move in as soon as an apt. becomes vacant. I think Nathan has a personal problem with Jesse, so he came here to post a bad review of the building as a way to punish her.
