Biltmore at Camelback

The people in the leasing office were great! We needed to move in a day early pretty last minute and they worked their tails off to accommodate us. We did have a couple of maintenance issues as soon as we moved in, but they're working on them as we speak. Slightly overpriced for the penthouse, but so isn't everything in the Biltmore area. I would continue to stay here if we were going to be here permanently. If anything the bedrooms are pretty small for what you're paying for and there isn't much storage outside of the huge kitchen. It is a great space to entertain guests and the pool that's open until midnight is beautiful!

There is absolutely no reason to live at this complex. It's been an absolute disaster since day one. Everything is broken and it's non-stop parting at night. The actual maintenance people are great, but upper-management makes this place border-line unlivable. The day I moved into my unit I found out the A/C was completely broken, smoke detector/CO alarm was ripped of the wall, and my unit key doesn't fit my door. How in the world was this not all checked by staff before move-in? It took over one week to get my A/C fixed. I had my A/C on full blast for a week just to keep the temperature livable, and had to pay an electric bill north of $300 - all because they didn't make sure it was working before move-in. And no, they didn't reimburse me for the costs. Heck, good luck if you can even get someone to respond back to you.
