Horrible experience! kitchen staff was severely understaffed it took almost an hour to get our burnt chicken wings with our oysters with sand and gravel however our beer was cold and had mediocre customer service if you want burnt wings then come here i would avoid this hooters by all means theres plenty of options around there !

6:30PM on a beautiful Friday, February evening in Arizona. Surprised the doors and windows are not open. Ask manager and she said it is up to the bartender whether windows/garage door are opened. Huh?? Why is this a bartender decision? When I ask the bartender Alexis, she said she was hungover and didnt want the additional people/business that opening the windows would bring. Really? If I was the owner/Franchisee, I would be having a serious conversation. My recommendation is the AC Hotel, near the parking structure. Wonderful OPEN environment with great staff.

Nice place to go to unwind after a long convention day. The service was excellent. The drinks were terrific. We had numerous appetizers and they were all wonderful and plentiful. We were slightly hesitant after seeing the yelp reviews. But ended up being pleasantly surprised and had a great outing on a Monday evening.

I went here with a few friends durning a business event, I ordered shrimp tacos and one of my friends ordered a burger. They were both really good. The tacos were a little spicy but hit the spot. The service was alright, for some reason we ended with 3 different waitresses but they all did a good job. The food was delivered hot and all together. Thanks for the good food and drinks.

130 pm on a Saturday afternoon. It's a little bit busy. Lots of available tables inside and out. Only 8 people at the bar. I asked for a table. Am told it'll be a 20 minute wait because the kitchen is running behind. I say fine I'll just get a drink and wait to order. Told I can't have a table. I ask if I can sit at the bar and have a drink. Told no, since the kitchen is behind. I can wait around outside and she'll come get me when the kitchen catches up. I waved goodbye and went in search of somewhere else that actually wants business. Could understand it if they were swamped, no seats available, and waitresses running like crazy. Wasn't the case at all. I'm sure the bartender would've liked the opportunity to make a few dollars more in tips! Won't waste my time going back to them on my trip next week to Phoenix!!!
