Victoria was nice! She was so helpful and was friendly. When I couldn't find what I was looking for, she was more than willing to assist me, and I appreciated it. 10/10.

Entered the store around 10:05, I had never been in to the specific location before so I was very excited to say the least. I was mapping out in my head the 4 for $20 panties I would purchase, along with the $45 wig, that I had specifically come to the store to buy. Guaranteed I would have purchased more than enough to make this a $100+ trip. But, sadly, at 10:34 I was approached by the sweet front desk gal and was told that, my manager was reviewing security footage in the back and saw some suspicious activity from you so Im going to have to ask you to leave. Couple of quick pointers for the manager. If you see someone who has just been quiet it doesnt mean they are planning something terrible. I sadly just had a close death In the family And this is how I was trying to, cheer myself up. A trip to a bigger groove location that I had wanted to visit. Instead what I received was another loss in the form of loosing my favorite adult store. Last point here. If you see suspicious activity from one of your shoppers can you please make sure to take the position youre in, the management role, seriously enough to not send over a front desk person. Youre the gate keeper, dont hide behind your employees. And here I am driving 20 minutes for the item I wanted. Just think before you react and take the extra moment to respond. I genuinely cant think of the suspiciousness you are referring to but its not a great feeling getting kicked out of somewhere, what you thought was at least, a safe space for no stated reason at all. Dang. Wish you all the best, just bummed I lost Groove tonight. Take Care.

Came in, didnt feel rejected like other stores. Staff is friendly. They helped me fine really good deals throughout the store. Definitely my go to love shop!
