Intensive Treatment Systems

I've been coming here over a year. Nobody really seems to know what's going on. I've been trying to get my text level of privileges since January and keep getting the run around. I've been told "you'll have them this week" more times than I can count with still no privileges. Finally I told them I'd like to speak to someone higher up about this because I'm not getting any solutions from the people I've talked to in office I had to ask THREE times before anyone took me seriously and I was told someone would be calling me. Well I never got a call no surprise.

The counselor Deb is ABSOLUTELY AMAZING!! Myself as well as others agree we're lucky to have her as a counselor Dina the Nurse is by far the sweetest person with the most amazing personality!! She should run the show there (EDIT) Ever since Deb left this place if it wasn't for being required I wouldn't of bothered with the counseling part of it. Idk if Dina is still there but if not this place has nothing positive going for them. I discontinued my treatment and have been meaning to leave a comment but just now am getting to it. The guy who "runs the show" is a complete DOUCHE & only has the job due to his family ties!! He refused to medicate me because I got upset with the fact that they wanted to take my weekend privileges away due to the lab messing up my drug test(I already know what most of you are possibly thinking, drug addict, ya sure they messed up your test, but honest to god). Tell me how it makes sense that I test for nothing other then my methadone and weed when they test in office, but when they send it off to the lab I come up dirty for everything except there's no methadone in my system or marijuana which would be impossible as I was smoking every day at the time, and taking my methadone. This place is JOKE!! You work your a** off to get your privileges and wait forever(cause they like to take there time getting them approved), for them to turn around and take away for an error at no fault to your own. Needless to say I no longer go here, and luckily was able to come off the methadone without relapsing. If you could give negative stars I would -5

The AM dosing nurses are fabulous! Audrey the provider treats you like a human when you are doing well AND when you struggling, you can tell she cares. My counselor Jesus is intelligent and positive I swear hes in a good mood every day! He's been a joy to talk to and has passion for his job. Yes there is counselor turn over but he's stuck it out for some time now and has helped get all my forms in order and took the time to explain whats expected or me. Thank you North clinic!

HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE!!!!! Most mismanaged clinic! They use outdated software - you will have to re-sign the same paperwork many times as it just disappears! They have a HUGE counselor turn over due to bad middle managment (the head nurse in particular who runs the clinocs like a gestapo). If you accidentally swallow mouthwash and have a BARELY ELEVATED test, you will be severly punished with privliges taken away. If you have a false positive it can take months to get the clear test back and take-home privlidges will be taken away as punishment! DO NOT USE THIS CLINIC!!!
