Mellissa, i hope im spelling her name right, and Daniella, i also hope i spelled her name right, are without question the most patient and kind hearted individuals i have had to work with. in this industry, and with how much this kind of situation can make someone like myself feel uncomfortable, they are respectful, and speak calmly with curtesy towards our conversations every time, My Dr's old institution was extremely rude, and these ladies have given me hope and made my confidence calling, knowing i will never be judged for who i am, or what im doing. I legit owe my life to D2R, and if you're choosing a spot to change your life, start here. because i promise with my life you will not regret it. Thank you all at D2R for being you. We love you.

Incredibly helpful! Dr. Flatley truly hears his patients out and is unbelievably helpful in accommodating mental health needs. Also, the whole staff is very friendly and prompt about reminding their patients when the next appointment draws near!

I have been struggling with addiction since the age of 16. I arrived at direct to recovery a total mess , unable to put together any recovery time . They welcomed me with open arms and they help keep me accountable . I have about 18 months sober and I just want to say thank you to the team at direct to recovery for being a part of my sobriety

The staff here at D2R has been absolutely wonderful and one person in particular that is Daniella is always a delight to speak with and is always in a great mood and always brightens my day!! So if your stuggling with addiction issues then there is no better place to come than Direct 2 Recovery!!

I read the review by the lady who was angry and felt compelled to write my own review. I moved to Phoenix in September and immediately came here to attempt to get off of opiates for the first time in 10yrs. The entire staff, especially Juliann, have been wonderful, helpful and available to me. I have not taken opiates since starting the program and the best part is I don't even think about taking them anymore. Which any addict will tell you is quite the accomplishment. I highly recommend this office
