        We had a scheduled meeting to interview accountants with Joshua Hayes and he didn't show up.  We hired a baby sitter went downtown and he wasn't there.  The only thing his assistant said was he was in Las Vegas.  They didn't bother to call to reschedule.  We wasted several hours on this meeting to be blown off.  Joshua or his company never even bothered to call to apologize.  BEWARE of this accounting firm.
