James L. Craven came to us because we have a lot of experience with trucking companies and truckers. (Ive been here 20 years) He was happy with our tax and payroll services for both his businesses until he experienced personal problems and internal business issues pertaining to his inexperience in the food industry(what he told us was that it was his wifes business; it has subsequently closed) He just stopped communicating with us, and became angry when we contacted him about approaching tax deadlines! btw, nothing ever became of any complaint he made to anyone.

Very unprofessional, demeaning. Can not articulate to a level of understanding. Does not understand my bussines or industry (trucking and bakery). Nothing but issues from the beginning. Made a complaint to the state board about her unprofessionalism and demeaning nature.
