This is the most unprofessional company I have worked with. Ed Daily was very organized and responsive, but when his wife Laura took over, everything went down hill fast. She is extremely rude, ignores emails if she doesn't have an answer and does things when it's convenient for her. I will not be using this company going forward and it's truly unfortunate that their are people that can be this unprofessional and such a lack of customer service. Very disappointed.
