We have been with Sonoran Sparkle Pool since 2009. In the beginning this was the dream come true of a pool service. Dustin was an owner/operator. The business grew so fast and he had to employ others that have since taken over and dragged the reputation into the ground. We could no longer take the low quality, high priced service anymore and had to cancel our service. We gave our 30 day notice and no one ever showed up again, but they still want to bill us for the service. If you ever had a issue and called to complain about it the office staff would hang up on you and then you would receive a call from the new owner threatening to cancel your account and giving bogus excuses. We have given a boat load of money to these people, not only with our monthly service, seasonal services, but repairs and upgrades as well. Since the our departure with this company, our pool now looks the best it has in years with these people. Trust me when I say go else where and inquire who they are, as I understand they now have partner companies in different areas!
