Truly five star service, how many times have you went into a pawnshop and they lowball you? How many times have you went to a pawnshop and they have shady practices? Well, I am here to tell you that this pawnshop not only went above and beyond to help me they are professional and friendly. They gave me a fair price on fair market value. They helped me in a time of need. Dakota is extremely professional. He is also knowledgeable and very experience and a standup guy. Everyone there treated me with respect and took time to understand my situation and made sure I got what I need with the minimum amount of items as possible!
This is not a pawnshop customer service. This is more like the Apple Store or Neiman Marcus customer service.
Thank you so much Dakota. You truly made my day a whole lot better looking forward to doing business with you in the future.
