Had the worst mani pedi experience ever today. Tech was extremely distracted staring out the store front than paying attention to his task of a mani pedi. The service was less than basic and one set of toes got filed and the other set did not. One set of toes benefited from cuticle lotion while the other set of toes did not. Tech was way too distracted to follow through necessary process. I did not like that I had to ask to get the area around and under my toenails cleaned as I have always had done with pedicures elsewhere without having to ask. It was much too difficult to communicate my concerns as language was a huge barrier. I might try another tech there but would walk away if “Kinny” were my only option.

I would put zero but that was not a option..I went here for 4 years straight and then Henry left and management changed..I tried to continue to go there..very disappointed..my last visit pedicure was the worst I had ever had and they removed my gel polish on my acrylic nails sanded them down and then told me I would have to come back the next day to finish because there was no one there to do my fill..WHY DID YOU EVEN START THEM?? I had to leave and find another salon in my area to fill and finish my nails..After 4 years of commitment to this location.I will NEVER go back!!
