I was told to arrive at 12:40 for a 1:00 appt for an ultrasound. Arrived at 12:50, put my name on a waiting list the two people behind the counter for mri, etc. were doing something on the computer but no one was being helped, they were seated. Ten after 1:00 there was a change in staff and finally people were being served, and again people waited. One couple said for an hour another woman left she could not wait any longer. It is now 1:20, I wonder will I as well have to wait an hour for my imaging. Another has left. At 2:00 I was called by a technician, the procedure was 10 min. , so do you think it was worth the wait????
