I communicated with the owner Mark Prevatil by text as he didn't answer when I called, nor did he call me back. I asked very specifically for him to call me after diagnosing the problem as this work was done on a rental property of mine and I'm out of state. The technician told my tenant they didn't like dealing with 3rd parties and asked my tenant to approve and pay for the repairs. Poor communication, inability to follow simple instructions and did not work with the owner of the property to approve of and/or pay for work. Beyond unacceptable and I would never recommend.

If I could give more stars I would. Mark and his crew are always there for you. When my Ac went out he went right away to help us out last summer while other companies I had to schedule in advance for a couple days out keep in mind my wife was pregnant. Then this year we decided to put a new system in and he was there again quickly and he is always very professional. He explains your new system so anyone can understand. Price is great and the service is outstanding! I would recommend to all friends and family. He always takes care of his customers

Had an A/C check up by Mark and Son, Gabe. Found them to be honest, straight forward and very reasonably priced. Mark went through my bill with me in detail and showed me where I am getting hit by APS and what to do about it. Happy with the service & price.
