Very nice customer service. Shipping gifts for Christmas to two different locations. First time doing this at PostNet. All went well, and the clerk hurried so the boxes could get on the UPS truck, which was early. Normal pick-up is at 3PM, but sometimes, like today, they were early.
PostNet also offers printing services and P.O. boxes, among other things. They do lamination of most things, but there is a good-sized list of things they cannot do.
Parking is right in front, so the distance to carry is not far.
Used the UPS service again. Bring your package in before 2 pm., if you want same day pick up.

I have never left anyone a negative, but I have been in 3 times and never had anyone to offer to help with anything I needed.
Sometimes a customer just needs more direction than a point

Annette, we strive to acknowledge every single customer that walks in our door. If you seem to know what you are doing, we let you be on your own. Most often we will ask if you require our help, even if just to show you how to use a printer; and other’s will ask for help if they need it. We are a hopping little place here and tend to get very busy with customers. We may point to an area you will need, depending on what you are looking to do. Kathy I not sure if I spelled it right but she was very welcoming as soon as I walked in the door! she was very friendly super helpful with instructing me to return my package just fantastic customer service all around!! Thank you!
