Javier, did an excellent job of explaining the failure. He went above and beyond by checking out the electrical box for loose connections. Will definitely use them again. Fair & honest service.

We hired North Mechanical to install a mini split system with ceiling cassettes and a vent package in our small new build. The positives of the company are #1 Javier the AC tech was very professional, skilled and punctual. #2 Mike, the comfort advisor, was friendly and a fairly good communicator accept when he was silent for 3 weeks due to a death in his family. Mike, however, did not supervise the apprentices enough, through the months long install. The apprentice installers came without proper hand tools and seemed unsure of themselves at times. Dale the lead man, did not seem to communicate well with the apprentices. We had to reposition most exhausts fan, that were part of the vent package, because they were placed unesthetically to the recessed lighting. Dave one of the owners, who came the last day of the installation, to address a possible install issue, seemed apathetic to any of our concerns and offered no discounts for the parts of the job we redid ourselves. We did not see Mike again. North Mechanical has potential to be an excellent company, but need to improve in the areas of professionalism, attention to detail and communication.

North Mechanical Heating & Cooling LLC was very responsive to our call for help. Within an hour Javier was at our door in Pine. He assessed the furnace issue within a few minutes. Full repair within an hour. Javier was pleasant and skilled. No more cold fingers. Thank you Javier and North Mecanical!
