Passing through truck broke down and had to be towed to the parking lot Spent $250 there and they told me bathroom was OFF LIMITS to wash up and take a leak. Everywhere was closed Sunday morning. Left a puddle in the parking lot. Awesome guys, really awesome of you. 👎.

Very poor customer service for helping travelers in need. Was on the highway when I noticed some electrical issues with the car. Noticed my lights dimming and my radio flashing off and on. Assumed I had a battery issue. Was about 30 miles outside of the town of payson traveling with my wife, 2 kiddos and 2 dogs. Called ahead and let the autozone know what was happening. I knew they closed at 8 and our arrival time would cut it close to making it. We did with about 10 minutes to spare. Quickly rushed in and tried to get a battery. The person behind the counter said he needed to check the battery first but it needed to be quick because the store closed soon. He checked the batterie and as suspected it was bad. I asked for some help to install as I thought it would be best and quicker for them to help get us out of there faster. Alas he was unwilling to do the install. 2nd request was to ask for some tools so I can put it in myself. Was told the doors needed to be locked at 8 and I couldn’t possibly be done with the tools by then. He was happy to sell me a battery with absolutely no way of installing it before they closed shop. He said to try another auto parts store that was probably also closing soon. I understand it was a Sunday evening and it was close to closing time but a little help was all I was asking for. Not cool Payson AutoZone.
