Breakfast was frozen hard rock omelette, jimmy dean breakfast sandwiches frozen and yogurt frozen. Not enough breakfast for all the patrons.only one person handling the whole breakfast guests.

I loved this place. Lake check in required us to go to a different place to pick up our keys, but the price was great, the room was clean and the breakfast was decent.

Most of the staff was friendly. Room was clean. The housekeepers always got anything you needed. Hotel was quiet and fit for what we needed. Our stay was incident free. The reason you only are getting 4 stars - some breakfast items were still frozen each of 3 days. Took them up to microwave them. No night desk. They lock doors at a specific time and remain locked until 7am. If you need anything you need to call the holiday inn express a few blocks away. I guess my question is what happens if there is a emergency and no desk to respond to it?

Pet friendly for a small extra fee....can be a bit noisy for pets though...if they bark at noise. Great value compared to others in area. Although not on main highway it's close to airport, trails and a nice public overlook.

Pool is very good on pictures, but permanently closed.
