        We drove down from Rio Rico AZ to sit down to discuss internet for our home. Got to their address in Nogales, Az but no office. Please update your website that no office is open for the public. What a waste of our time and gas. Gas is not cheap you know.

        I would give zero stars if it let me. Internet service is the worst. In Rio Rico, constantly going in and out. I wish cable would come through this area! Good luck getting ahold of anyone from customer service. When you request a credit because they did not provide service, they say no.
