Through Topock Realty a offer was presented to Jan representing Pioneer Realty on a mobile home in Golden Shores Az. In a short while we were contacted by our agent at Topock Realty that Jan of Pioneer Realty had called saying the offer was rejected. Having done many real estate dealngs in the past with honest real estate agents I had always received the rejection in writing just as I had done when making the offer. This leaves me wondering who rejected the offer, was it the owner or was it Jan? The higher the price the more commission to Jan. Through my dealings with Topock Realty I found them to be very honest and caring and would recommend them highly. To bad I can't say the same for Pioneer.
