We booked an appointment for a COVID test for our flight home to Canada 72 hrs before our flight (this is the government mandate). Embry closed the location a few hour early and sent us a message that we would have to go to a different location the following day for our test. We showed up at 7am but as a result, didnt get our test results in time for our flight home and are out hundreds of dollars because of this.

Thank you Raymond Embry IV and the Embry Health team for being a vital community resource during this pandemic. My family has visited your testing facility in Cave Creek at least 5 times, as we've experienced the rollercoaster of potential exposures and seasonal colds. Your team has always been very professional, FAST, and friendly. Your notification process is excellent as well. Thank you again. My family appreciates all that you have done and continue to do as we all continue the battle to eliminate Covid-19. HIGHLY RECOMMMEND.
