We got our shutters YEARS ago and have LOVED them! More recently a couple of the magnet thingees broke on one set and we had a few louvers that became “lazy louvers” as I was told they are called if they won’t stay up where you want them. We had the BEST customer service by George who came and took care of them quickly! He was very pleasant and gave us a few chuckles as well! Sunburst makes a fabulous product that is beautiful and their customer service is wonderful! Thanks, George!

Greg and his team did a great job. We love our new shades, especially the ability to raise them all at once with the remote. Installation was quick and there were no issues whatsoever. Great customer service. Highly recommended.

My experience with Sunburst was top notch! I called to inquire about getting parts locally as opposed to online to fix a few issues on my shutters. I was encouraged to stop by the showroom, where I met George in person. He was very knowledgeable and kind as he showed me a recent repair he'd done and how to tackle mine. He showed me some tips and tricks, and sent me on my way with springloaded pins and staples at no charge. I'll wholeheartedly recommend these professionals to friends and neighbors.

Our shutters & barn door were installed yesterday and are AMAZING! The photos don't do them justice. The experience with Sunburst was professional, friendly, and efficient - from Jason on the estimating side to Charissa & everyone in the office to the fantastic install by Ryan & Cade - the whole team was genuinely committed to exceeding our expectations. No surprise as Greg, the owner, is also a fantastic person. The pricing was competitive and the product is much nicer than the other options we considered. I immediately noticed a reduction in the draft & noise through our windows but they still provide a great view. And I love how modern they are, lightyears ahead of the rickety old-fashioned shutters we've had in the past. Your search is over - call Sunburst!
