Integrity Water Solutions

I can believe the way this company operates. (Can you?) I've been using Integrity for occasional service on my water softener and regular service of our high pressure misting system since 2016. On 10/22/19 another company told us our water softener was not working and they could rebuild for $700 or replace for $1700 with a 24,000 grain unit (this is a company that services our R/O system annually). As soon as they left I called Michelle at Integrity for her input. She said her top of the line unit (32,000 grain) would be $1,050 installed including disposal of our old unit. I made an appointment for today, 10/23/19 for installation and had asked Michelle that when the tech, Kyle, arrived could he verify the diagnosis on the old unit. She said, of course! Here's the part you may question, at least compared to some of the possible experiences you may have had. Kyle arrived with the new unit but first inspected the current one. He said it wasn't working, but believed that $125 worth of gaskets and a piston would get it going again. Here's the bottom line; He left to get the parts and returned in about an hour, fixed the old water softener for $275 including labor and left with the new $1000 unit in his truck. I hope I don't need that new unit too soon, but whether my 16 year old unit needs a repair or a replacement in the future, Integrity is my company for life. You should get with Integrity, a diamond in the rough! Update 12/28/2021. The water softener is still working great

Our experience with Integrity Water made us feel welcome to The Valley and reassured our confidence in the kind people of the Phoenix, Arizona area. The Integrity Water Team has installed/serviced multiple water treatment equipment in our home. These include a whole-house activated carbon water filter, water softener, reverse osmosis system, and an intelligent valve (i.e., measures water usage and detects/stops leaks to protect the house). While The Valley offers many water treatment companies, I view Integrity Water as the best. Michelle and Bryan, the company owners, have exemplified customer service through their dedication to ensure our satisfaction and the correct operation of each water treatment appliance. Also, Jeremy, an expert plumber and part of the Integrity Water Team, has consistently delivered quality installations and service. I am grateful for the kind and genuine approach that Integrity Water has when conducting business. They live and act by their brand of Integrity in each interaction.

Amazing Service! I called because I purchased a new home with an RO system. I have never owned one before. There is a screen that shows how many gallons you have left, and it was getting quite low. I have been reading info online and in owners manual, but a lot of it was over my head. There was an invoice from Integrity from the former owner, so I decided I needed to have someone come out and explain it to me QUICKLY. I spoke to Michelle on the phone and she walked me through what I needed to do, is sending me tips and instructions all without a service call! I am so impressed, they will be my RO company from now on. Thank you Michelle! You are a great representative for your company!

We emailed and went over in person took sample of our water to test etc. And were happy with all the svc. We liked our installer also very happy with svc. Overall... 🙂🙂🙂

While there are a lot of different water treatment companies out there, I don't think many (if any) can deliver the same service and quality that I experienced through Integrity Water Solutions. Their team was very professional and the owner Brian personally followed up to ensure everything was in working order. Very happy with the quality and service after the sale as well. Thank you!!
