I would never recommend this shop to anyone & in my opinion they need to be shut down. I am new to AZ & experienced the floods for the 1st time which resulted in me needing my engine replaced. I assumed that they were very competent mechanics & they allowed me to make payments on my repairs, it took a little over a month for me to pay for my parts before they even began to work on my car. After paying over $1600 for my engine & condenser I finally got my car back almost 3 months later, it ran terribly & would shake & cut off when stopped at a traffic light. I had never had any mechanical problems other than my engine needing replaced. I took it back to them because the check engine light was on & they said it needed an O2 sensor. Not trusting them any longer I took my car to another shop that ran a diagnostic test on it, they discovered that several wires were not even connected & some were not connected properly, I ended up paying them for correcting the issue. I still do not have a working air conditioner in my car & now have found out that not only did they not replace the condenser in which I paid them for, they did not replace a part which connects it to the air compressor. I am now looking at another $1500 to have all of the issues that they created repaired.

They sold me a car they claimed had never been in an accident. However, the vehicle had been wrecked and they knew it... they just chose not to disclose it. The CARFAX now (was clean when I bought it) shows the vehicle was damaged about the same time they bought it. Also, the repair was done poorly! They are not honest and I will never do business with them again. I wouldn't recommend them to anybody.
