        Keisha has a great program. My son has been training with Keisha over the past few months and has really enjoyed her program. He plays basketball and football and Keisha has worked with him on strength training. He comes out of the practice tired, but likes the fact that he is getting stronger and even soar from his training. I would highly recommend Keisha and her program that she can design to your specific needs.
