CD Tax & Financial

We have been working with Erica and her Mom for years.  Everything was great until this year, when we needed her assistance, she was and is a "no show".  This was the first year the IRS sent us a letter that we owed over $2,000.00, in addition to what we already paid them.  Just getting a letter from the IRS is enough to stress you out!  We have been attempting to contact Erica since early May to find out why we owed or if we actually owed.   The girls in the office have been trying their hardest to assist us, but Erica has never once  returned my call and it's now August. (yes we sent the $)We understand that life happens and sometimes things happen that are more important, but not to call back at all is quite disturbing to say the least. We paid your fee to assist with our tax return, we would like it refunded.

I have been using CD Tax and financial for a few years now, everyone there is always super pleasant and helpful. Erica goes above an beyond to make sure I am getting my max refund! This year has been a super stressful year and a complete headache for not only tax payers but the people who prepare them and I have to say she did absolutely fantastic! She will always be the only accountant I trust!

Danielle and Erica were horrible. I requested Quickbooks training and after three calls and email reminders, she finally hooked me up with Erica. We had one session which she made several promises and then nothing. I again call and emailed Danielle about the lack of follow up and she never bothered to respond. Very unprofessional and unresponsive. Just bad business. I strongly do not recommend them

I sent my husbands tax information over to the "the tax girls" at the beginning of March 2021. They continued to tell me will be getting to your documents, on an on, until the Deadliine in April 15, 2021, then that was extended to May 17, 2021. Again they said you are now at the top of the pile. Then that Deadline passed with nothing done, not even an extension, no call, no email. We had been with them for over 15 years. This is absolutely insane, I would not recommend this business to anyone. I found a new Account that said his previous tax preparations were not done for our benefit, he said that the additional earnings should have been placed in a different category in order to use maximize his returns, I am thinking of having his new accountant redo the last 5 years now.
