        I am grateful I was able to schedule a same day appointment, and Jaime took excellent care of me! He explained all the parts of the process of the piercing and the aftercare, and did a great job of letting me know when the needle sticks were happening, and communicating during the whole session. Highly recommend!

        I had an appointment for a tattoo consultation at 2pm. I waited over twenty minutes. Chole never came out to apologize or inform me she was taking longer with her last client. So I just left. Disappointed. Whats the point of making an appointment, if no one is going to stick to the appointment.
