I just experienced the wonderful service by Kevin. I contacted him on Wednesday, he created a work order and had the job done in 48 hours. Since my issue was with my Pentair Superflo Variable Speed Pump not working, he put me at the top of his schedule to get it done. Other pool services told me it would be a week at the earliest. Malibu Pool Service has a policy they must get the work complete within 48 hours of receiving the call. I can't thank Kevin enough. I highly recommend him to anyone for any pool repairs you need!!!!!

Kevin has visited our home on several occasions to solve warranty issues. Meticulous, determined to see the job to the end and very concerned about how I feel about the work, he is one of the most professional people I have worked with. He is a straight shooter, which makes communication smooth.

The owner, Kevin, was very responsive and swift to return messages. He fit me into his schedule rather quickly, informed me when he was about 20 min away, and arrived when he said he would. Although my heater issue was more about user error than equipment failure, he treated me respectfully and didn’t make me feel like an idiot. He taught me step by step how to manually run my pool heater and did it multiple times until I understood. He listened to my issues with my sPool & gave me very helpful advice. Great experience and I would highly recommend!!
