the software program is user friendly. support is ok but we barely upgraded to the digital system so don't know about that. We have a lot of HMO contracts printing utilization report is very easy

BIG SCAM , they tell you that they have warranty for 3 years , i just bought size 2 sensor from them on july 2021 , it did work for a month after one month stop working , i called them they told me to send it back to us so we can check it , after i send it back to them they never return it back and after 4 months of me calling them trying to check on the status of my sensore they told me that there is no information available at this time , i asked them for loan sensore, they said we will put you in the waiting list because all their loan sensors are out which telling me that a lot of customer has the same problem with this sensor , today they send me email that my sensor is not good because of physical damage not because of the factory problem , they also send picture on the email showing some dents on the inner metal plate that are not matching any dent or damage on the outer housing plastic cover , i spoke to Matt which is the one that sent me the email , and he said that there is nothing we can do about that ,and my only option is to purchase new one . my advice is to stay away from this company , bad customer service and want you to buy more sensors so they can make more money , run away from them ,BIG BIG SCAM
