Great experience. So glad I found a cobbler that knows what their doing. They explained how busy they are and thus the backlog but understandable after seeing how great all my shoes turned out, definitely worth the wait! Family owned and happy to support a small business.

NEVER go here! I dropped my purse off on a Saturday for a simple repair. The threads on my purse handle were coming out, and I needed them restitched. It was a quick fix of less than an inch. I came back the next Saturday as per when my ticket stub said it would be ready, and it hadn't even been touched. It took them about 5 minutes to even find my purse. The owner said that the pickup date had been written incorrectly, so he would work on it immediately and call me when he was done that day. I never got a call. I could not go back for 2 weeks due to my busy schedule. When I went back to pick up my purse three weeks after I originally dropped it off, it still had not even been touched, and again, it took about five minutes for them to even find my purse. Once they found my purse and handed it to me, I noticed the threads had been pulled out. I asked why it had not been fixed. The woman I spoke to said she was the one who was supposed to fix it, but she had been gone for two weeks due to shoulder surgery. A completely different story. I am disgusted by their lack of professionalism as well as any sense of apology or concern for their customers.

Fixes my shoes and does a great job. Do to owners health issues, they aren't always ready when expected but I like the work and can be patient.
