We were particularly impressed by the efficiency and skill demonstrated by the Right Way Roofing team throughout this complete roof replacement project. From the initial consultation to the final inspection, every step of the process was marked by professionalism, expertise, proactive communication and a commitment to excellence. Our roof and this project were complex because 1) the roof was original to the house and 30+ years old, some poor construction on the house when it was originally built, and because this project consisted of tile roofing over steep angles and a flat foam roofing over the patio. Despite the complexity of this project, the Right Way Roofing team approached and completed this project with confidence, expert craftsmanship, attention to detail, and on-time. We also appreciated how Right Way Roofing was considerate and respectful of our neighbors during this project.

Everyone was excellent from Troy the estimator, supervisors Kevin and Gerry and the crew leader Jose. They were real picky about quality. They let me know what was going to take place how and when. Rightway restored my faith in contractors.

We talked with a few roofing companies and Right Way had the best system and warranty to offer, and the cost was in line with the competition. They had to do our porch roof with foam as their two part system had exhibited failures on a couple recent jobs so they would not use it until they knew the manufacturer had taken corrective action. The foam is more expensive than the regular system, but the did not up-charge. We had Right Way do the job; the supervisors were good to work with, our on-site supervisor could have spoken English better, but everything went very well and we are very pleased.

I was very pleased with Right Way Roofing. I obtained three other bids and no other company gave us as detailed a quote as did Right Way. The product they use for the under layment, modified bitumen, is far superior to what the other companies quoted. Their salesperson, John Bell, explained everything in a professional and thorough manner. Installation was scheduled promptly and entire reroof was completed in two days which I found incredible. Job was done professionally and carefully. Precautions were taken not to damage anything and job was cleaned up daily. The job superintendent, Jeff Braasch, went above and beyond to make sure the job was done right and we were satisfied. Job foreman Sergio and his crew worked expeditiously and were very courteous. Jeff inspected the work and made sure everything was done per the contract and the high standards of Right Way Roofing. I highly recommend Right Way and have already recommended them to a friend who needs a new roof in the Terrivita Development. If you choose Right Way in my opinion your won't be disappointed.
