Bed bugs. In residents rooms, medtech room and dining room. No control over the infestation. Water leaking from ceilings from upper floor showers constantly. Water being shut off in facility constantly because of outdated plumbing. The place needs to be checked by the state for health hazards and needs renovated. Director is not genuine. Staff are overworked, feel not appreciated by upper staff and always quitting. Don’t send your loved one there if you care at all. If you take a tour be sure to inquire with atleast 3 on-site living residents re: care, bed bugs, and ceiling water leakage and ongoing plumming apt issues. You’d be stunned.

To the very helpful staff here at this community, thank you very much. The young man, Zain B., was able to tour my mother and I. We did not have an appointment, we were just walking in, and he was very welcoming and informative. Zain did not have the rental rates, his administrator has the rates. However, he was able to answer our rapid-fire questions, show us a model room, and he even suggested other options that might work out greater than what we had initially planned for.
Although, we still would like to keep our options open in our search, the welcoming of their staff and residents really improves the morale of those visiting this community.

How is this place still open?! This place is infested with bed bugs. Management knows about it and does nothing. Has been that way for months! Update... They have a water leak on the roof and they aren't running power in fear of shorting something out. This place is a hazard to public health
