Food was great and the staff was wonderful. Jennifer was the first to meet us at the door with a great smile and friendly greeting. The pizza was fresh... I seen them continue to bake fresh pizza and add it to the self service table. The cleanliness of the place was great. Only downside of the experience was the games.. A little dated but still kinda fun

Always decent for what it is! 5 buck pizza buffet. Good variety, even dessert pizzas. And salad bar is nice too. Can't beat it honestly if you want a cheap quick lunch. I saw a sign on the counter that even allows you to request a custom pizza and they will make it for you in the back. They have special pizzas that rotate I believe, and it was a Mac and cheese pizza this time. Also the lemon bars are kinda weird.. not what you would expect if you've eaten lemon bars before. But everything is good, they have thick and thin crust which is nice.

Great place for cheap pizza and some other stuff. The place was kept up and tidy even though it needs a thorough professional cleaning!

Do everything you can to avoid this place. It's never good. Every time I go here I always see a roach. You could easily spend your money somewhere else and get so much more.

Normally I don't complain about bad service, I just don't go back to that particular restaurant. This one I have to say something about. I have been going to Cici's pizza for years, in different states, and never had a complaint. This particular location, I brought in a party of 8 and ordered pizza for each one of them because we all wanted different things. I was told it was going to be a while and I said that was fine I expected about 15 minutes or so. I only received one pizza out of my entire order on the buffet line that was completely full. We were told that it would be an additional half hour. I waited 10 minutes for someone to take the orders in the first place. It was 15 to 20 minutes before we went to ask about them. Add we were sitting here waiting on pizzas, I watched them put one pizza in at a time, not another single pizza was one that I ordered. I still have not eaten because the particular things that I ordered I requested a clean knife be used because of a food allergy. Currently 10 minutes away from being here one hour and I still have not eaten anything but chicken soup. 1/25/18 7:58 pm. Correction I've been here over a hour now. Still haven't eaten. A friend that was with us had already contacted you via the link through Facebook. I won't ever step foot back in that restaurant as long as the existing staff is there and I want a full refund which the manager refused.
