Cal-Am Homes

My grandmother and aunt have lived in San Estrella mobile home park in Phx Az for 22yrs they are making it extremely difficult to stay! But elderly folks on a fixed income its also difficult to leave they Want constant upgrades to the trailers and new paint and new fences they cant have flowers or plants front or back patio furniture etc so many strict rules its like its not even your home and yearly increased rent this is not right!!

The worst place we ever stayed. Parasite in eye from pool, sprain ankle from wild dog in dog park. Dementia neighbor,called cops on us and continues to accuse of stealing. Manger was the worst human I've met, why take a job that can't do. Power at site is so not up to code, box has no 50 amp breaker it has 2 individual breaker. Park left HIGH voltage power lines on ground as extention cords ,so dangerous!!!! No one uses dog parks, just let dog go anywhere.

Do not buy a Cal-Am home, or live on a Cal-Am property. We did.The home itself turned out to be cheap feeling. Bad build quality, and cheap materials. The after sales service was nonexistent. The management at the Cal-Am property we unfortunately live at, Rose Garden in Surprise, Arizona, is horrible. There are ten complaints with the BBB against Cal-Am. Stay away.
