    As a full time mother and a small business owner, there is not a lot of time left for anything else but managing my business, so I'm really grateful for their staff handling all my marketing for me. They make the process seamless from the design to the print to my social media ads. The staff are very friendly and helpful for any questions I have. Their response time is quick, they handle my projects thoroughly and efficiently, and I know they have my best interests at heart. I usually have tight deadlines and on every occasion they always meet my timeline or I get my prints beforehand. The quality of their products is always there, but when I need something done that same day and they're able to deliver is the biggest highlight of why I trust them.

    Not sure why there haven't been ANY reviews for this company that's been in business for over 10 years but I see that as a bad sign. Not even a good review in sight...I wouldn't even trust the testimonials they post on their website because they could very easily fake testimonials on a website they control. My business has worked with this company twice (gave them the benefit of the doubt after the first time) and both times were extremely unsatisfactory. The first time, we decided to use RoxPrint for our outdoor store sign and menus for a new donut shop we were opening up. We went with a simple black light white erase board for the indoor menus so we could just write in the menus to make it easier for daily menu changes. Keep in mind these are simple, BLANK, boards needing no menu design at all, just a simple installation. Long story short, Adam charged us $200 for each board when we saw the exact same board being sold in stores for $80. When asked about the price discrepancy and request for a price match we were met with an unprofessional and defensive attitude. Horrible customer service. In the end, after much hemming and hawing on their end Adam did the right thing and granted the price match. I regret that we decided to give Roxprint the benefit of the doubt and hired them a second time to update our menus for another donut shop. I actually had a close friend of mine do the initial menu design because the samples RoxPrint sent were horrible. Not only did it take FOREVER to complete (close to a year), it was extremely difficult to get anyone on the phone when we had issues. Emails, calls, texts were sent to Adam only to be returned with an extremely delayed response or NO response at all. I even called the store numerous times and sent emails to their support center only to be kept on a phone line with no answer or no email response. When I brought this up with Adam, the owner, his reason was that he handles all sales, quotes, etc, etc. I'm all for supporting small businesses as we also have a small business, but if you're providing a service, there needs to be some semblance of communication or transparency. No returned calls only made it seem like they were ducking our calls to avoid telling us they didn't finish. In addition to the lack of communication, while there was a verbal quote, we were never sent any form of a physical itemized quote which was needed to verify price, materials, designs. However, RoxPrint went ahead and started production on the menus and then slapped us with an invoice AFTER which ended up being twice what was verbally agreed upon. Additionally, they did a poor job with installation (sizes were off) and also printed on a material we did not agree on. When we tried refusing the product during installation, Adam refused to remove it. There was a lot of back and forth, but in the end there was no justification for why we were never sent a physical quote initially. The terrible customer service, coupled with defensive, unprofessional, and rude attitude is undesirable in a business. Would recommend against working with RoxPrint for your printing needs.
