Dr. Hiapo knew immediately what the issue was and provided education. Staff was not pushy with treatments or procedures and had great bedside manner. Update: The personnel that I spoke with in billing department would not allow me to speak to anyone else, i felt she was condescending, kept repeating the same thing and attempted to make me feel as if I was in the wrong for receiving a bill a year after services even after admitting to there being delays in statements and also refused to accept my insurance information to be properly billed. 2nd update: Happy to restore this to 5 stars! I got a call back and the issue was resolved happily and professionally which I am very appreciative for as I work in the medical field and know that insurances can be very tricky and people have to advocate for themselves if something seems off.

Only one visit in but everyone seems really nice and super friendly. Dr. Curtis was personable and answered all my questions. So far so good.

Dr. Hiapo was friendly, professional and very knowledgeable about the problem and his staff was very helpful as well. Glad I chose Arizona Foot and Ankle.

Very nice, same day appointment, great personalities from the front staff to the Dr. Also I had a question reference my treatment after I left and messaged using the communication portal. The doctor called me back right away and answered my question within the hour! Definitely see why their reviews were so high.
