Cicis Pizza

** Unfortunately, closed soon after the pandemic hit! ** First time at Cicis new location and I am really impressed with the inside, it's beautiful. Very trendy, clean, so much nicer than the old location at Southern & Gilbert Rds. When we checked in, my spouse asked about a coupon and was told they had none, when a supervisor walked up and he inquired again, she handed one right to him that was sitting right in front of the lady who had just said no. We also arrived with a giff card we just purchased and this same woman handed it back saying it had only about 56 cents on it! Uh, no... we just bought that half hr ago. My spouse and I had the buffet and each ordered a personalized pizza as I rather like the flatbread. Mine was great. Anyway, love that there are different booths and tables. The game room is now in the back, no longer have to hear that! Also, 3 types of iced tea, yeah! The tea before was awful. Still have the lemon cream dessert, really miss the brownies. Two unisex, one seater restrooms and one is already out of order. The one working is very nice. Surprised that a brand new restaurant has only installed two toilets, I see this as a big problem during busy times, especially with one already down and they just opened. Everything appears handicapped accessible with handicapped parking right out front.

Salad not much options to choose from. Asked if they had more options was told they would put olives out if they ran out of what was there. Pasta was sitting to long, it got hard. Sauce was runny. Soup was bland and didn't have much in it. We asked if they were going to bring out more. They said yes and basically only put in the dry noodles from the pasta. The pizza was cold and not many choices. The desert was burnt on the bottom. Very disappointed. We used to eat at Cicis years ago and saw that it was beyond pizza thought it would be better, but sadly it wasn't

***UPDATE EDIT*** CICIS IS CLOSED Cici's has all you can eat soup, salad, pizza, pasta and dessert for $6.29 for adults and $3.69 for kids, offering senior and military discounts. Cici's also does to go orders as well.
