Shady shady shady!!!! From the way the company corners you when you’re getting out of your car with a child in your garage to go inside to the way they “offer” you discounts up front, claim that you are not locked into a contract and that you can cancel services anytime, to consistent phone calls and badgering and threats to send a customer to collections for “breaking” a contract and not paying their $175 fee for “cancelling” a contract you never sign up for. DO NOT SIGN ANYTHING with this company!!! They will hand you an iPhone and you think you’re giving your name and email to get them out of your garage when really they have “locked” you into an agreement that you never knew you signed up for... especially after claiming that they don’t have contracts or cancellation fees. Bugs were still there and they have horrible business practices. If the fees are not removed from my name and also any collections company they threaten me with, I will go to the registrar of contractors and the Better Business Bureau. Stay away from Croach!
