We used this office for 7 years and were just told to leave due to a new policy. Sad to read Im not the only one who has experienced this. We recommended this practice for years and always had great rapport with the office staff and doctors. Sad to see the direction this practice, and many others, are going. We wont be recommending them anymore and will actively share the last experience and how this office treated us. Sad. Really sad. We loved Dr Melanie (who is amazing!) and will miss seeing her. She was the best part of our experience.

My kids have been going to Gilbert Pediatrics since my oldest was born 12 years ago. We love the doctors! Sometimes we have to wait for 30-45 minutes, but that's because the doctors are taking the time to help each and every patient, which is most important to me. We love Gilbert Pediatrics!

We have been going to Gilbert Pediatrics for years. They used to be good but over the previous 3 years, we have noticed significant changes in their services. They have very little interest in helping their patient with anything outside of physical issues (mental, emotional, academic). I wish they would take a look a the entire patient, not just focus on physical ailments. We are very disappointed that they simply do not care about their patient's overall health and well-being, just their physical health.
