I have been a patient of dr. Thomas bickley for the last 5 years and enjoyed my care with him but unfortunately the care I have received from their office for the last year and a half was horrible. During my pregnancy I was scheduled with Linda Tarbell NP quite a few times without my knowledge, including AFTER I had told the office that I didnt like her care and wouldnt like to be scheduled with her. My issues started with her when I first met her and explained very clearly that I didnt mind discussing if I needed to gain or lose weight during my pregnancy but I did not want any sort of numbers because with my history its hard for me to know exact numbers because I start to obsessed about it. She then not even 10 minutes later decided to explain exactly how much weight I had lost with numbers. She fat shamed me by telling me it was maybe a good thing I was losing weight from being so sick and having gallbladder attacks/sickness. I was scheduled with her 3-4 times during my pregnancy after this after telling the front staff each time I didnt want to see her. I wouldnt find out i was seeing her again until they had taken me back and each time Linda had no idea who I was and I had to go over my whole history all over again and then she would proceed to go through the same process of fat shaming me and congratulating me on a good job of losing weight while pregnant. There was NOTHING good about this weight loss. I was constantly in pain and needing to go to the hospital from gallbladder attacks 3 different times and throwing up well into 30+ weeks. I stayed with their office because I loved dr. T. Bickley and wanted him to deliver my baby. When it came to deliver he unfortunately couldnt be there which I in no way blame him for. However, even after I was scheduled with his wife for my postpartum follow up because he had to do an emergency surgery and then around 5 weeks PP I started to have period issues. I am exclusively nursing and I started to have my period twice a month. I wanted to get this resolved and I was scared so I decided I was fine to see Linda even if she fat shamed me again etc if thats what it took to figure out what was going on which was a huge mistake. She has no idea what she is talking about. Linda had me come in for blood tests twice and both times I had to call the office multiple times to get the results WEEKS after they were in my portal. Finally after the second blood test and my 3+ voice mail Linda called me at 8:30 pm and told me that she needed me to go get a brain MRI urgently. This was a month+ after the results had come in. If it was urgent why didnt I hear about it once the results came in? I finally gave up on their office altogether and switched to glow midwifery hoping for a second opinion. Turns out after showing glow my levels that my prolactin levels were NEVER high enough to indicate I needed a brain MRI and were perfectly in line with the fact that Im breastfeeding and my periods were just from my body regulating that. I also found out at my new office I have PCOS which was never caught at my 50+ appts over the last 5 years with dr. Bickley. To say Im dissatisfied with my care here would be an understatement. I never write reviews but I want no one to ever have to deal with Linda Tarbell and all of the headache I went through with this office.

    1. Why would it not be an option on new patient forms to fill out a records request I just wasted time in an appointment where you couldnt do anything because you didnt request my forms. 2. Why would I be scheduled with a nurse practitioner (who was horrible bedside manner) if she ultimately cant even remove the cyst. The whole reason for my visit. Complete waste of time. Now I get to wait 2 more weeks to actually see the doctor that can take care of me.

Horrible customer service. The only lady that was polite and welcoming was the one that took my weight ( thank you ). The doctor that I was scheduled with for my first pregnancy doctors appointment was Jacqueline Johnstone- I picked her based off the qualifications she had but she wasnt pleasant or helpful. She didnt believe that Im pregnant and she wanted to pass me off to a different doctor. The receptionists werent welcoming and had attitude. They made the whole process very difficult. Their excuse for not giving me any help was that their system is changing and what I scheduled an appointment for online wasnt what matched there side in person so they didnt do anything besides take my blood pressure. It was an absolute waste of time of 2 hours and a disappointment.

Dr. Squires was awesome with my concerns of my painful periods I had been dealing with for the last 18ish years. I was hesitant on seeing a male. But Im so glad I did. I was previously seeing female obgyns at another business and my symptoms were always dismissed and they didnt seem to care or want to help me. He did my procedure to remove a tumor on my ovary. I never thought I would have gotten this far now Im on the road to finally being pain free soon. Im so glad I made the decision to come to this business. If it wasnt for him taking me seriously and letting me make my decision on what I want to do. If I never made the attempt to see him, I would be in a more serious condition and have possible cancer than what I thought. A big thank you from the bottom of my heart. All it takes is for one doctor like him to make a big difference in my life.
