Damaged some very expensive wood furniture and not willing to pay for damage, would not recommend.

I kept calling Mesa moving companies after my friends bailed on me. I needed to get someone to help me unload my U-Haul but they told me they didn't provide labor only moving. Then I was referred to Paul with AZ On Time Moving. He was able to get two movers over to my apartment to unload all of my furniture into my apartment. The movers were awesome and it was very affordable. Thanks for helping me out.

Firstly, it would be wise to rename this establishment to “lAZy NOT on Time.” We made a reservation about 1 month ago and were incredibly excited for our move. The day of the move rolls around. 10 minutes goes by past the time we scheduled and no one comes. Then 30. Then 1 hour, you get the picture. After calling them profusely, finally someone answered. Supposedly they lost the reservation (things happen I get it) and they were “going to try and figure it out.” Exchanged a few texts and then they ghost us. Tried reaching back out after a few hours; check the photo posted below. Completely ruined our entire travel plans with absolutely ZERO apology. Who conducts business like that? Complete and total deadbeat company with low-level associates.
