After speaking face-to-face with John for awhile regarding different ideas I had for my Road Glide build... I felt very comfortable with the decisions I made. Best customer service EVER! I took my bike to John for some customization and upgrades. He kept me updated (with pictures) every step of the way while he was working on my bike. I'm very happy with the work he provided me. No complaints, at all. Going forward, John will be the only person working on my bike.

John and Straightline Customs are Top notch bike build shop.. I have known John for years and never had one issue ever and he had helped me on several bike builds and parts.. As for a certain person replying that the hacked his bike, had it too long and various of other things which are not true or even accurate at all. People need to beware of scam customers trying to always get things for free and accuse falsely!! Always another side to situation and people involved!! I will continually refer John and Straightline for all my bike needs and to people and customers to get there bike done at Straightline! My thought! They hands down one of the Best in the Business !! Also the previous Review left by a Customer is very wrong about the situation and needs to become honest about it just saying Thanks for everything John and crew!!

If you're looking for a shop to work on your bike in the metro Phoenix area or even from out of state, let me save you the effort of all the research. I moved here from Colorado last year and had an older HD Softail. I knew I was having carburetor issues and looked all over the Valley area for someone who would work on it and someone who was reputable. I finally got a referral from a friend to go see John at Straight Line Customs. Although his specialty is custom builds he also prides himself and his shop in doing quality work. After looking at my bike and diagnosing the issues (some of which may have been directly from the manufacturer) he was able to repair the bike, do a full inspection with some other recommendations, and even cleaned the entire bike before I picked it up. It's now running great; probably better than it's ever run. It's such a relief to find someone who does quality work and who owns a great shop. If you're considering custom work or maintenance go see John and his guys at Straight Line. You won't be disappointed.. Thanks again, John.. Jake K..
