        Due to our experience, I would not recommend using Oasis Mortgage at this time. Very unresponsive, does not take client's needs into consideration, AND CEO is very unpredictable, unprofessional and can be rude. It took about two months just for a pre-qual letter. These type of delays can cause purchases to dissolve leaving buyer to start over again. Too many good lenders out there to take the chance of a purchase falling through due to a bad lender.
