        Nice place but security guard ruins it for the people who live there and any guests they have visit. He acts as if no one should be coming home after 10-11 or have guests showing up that they automatically are treated like a young kid out past curfew. I'm sure that they hired him to help keep the less desirables (homeless) out but to harass tenants and guests the same is wrong.

        The office staff was great and friendly. Vicky is very thoughtful. This little park feels like a small hometown Everyone keeps an eye out on each other. Safe and patrolled well.

        Unbelievable check-in process with a 2-3 day wait to be approved for an RV spot! Unfriendly, unaccomating staff!
