        I have a scooter that I purchased new from them a few years ago it needs new batteries so I stoped in there and the young guy at the desk told me $154.00 but when I went to get them the old man told me that they would have told me that that it would be between 4 and 5 hundred dollars they didnt even have them said there service man had them on the truck come back in a few days and I said no thanks I went to a shop on North Dobson and ordered it 30 minutes later they called and they had them for $320.00much nicer people to do business with will not go back to SOUTHWEST MOBILITY IN MESA do not recommend

        Disabled older lady's power chair stopped working in front of our office building. We called and SW Mobility and they sent out a driver with a new part right away. She was able to get her chair up and running and make it home fine. Great prices as it was us employees that "pooled" up some money for the charger device so she could make it home on a full charge. Thank you!
