They will have the worst trainers imaginable stumble through their jobs, and then blame you for not being prepared. Also, if you have a personal tragedy in your life, don't expect them to have any sympathy for you. They also will not pay you the full amount you are owed, if you decide to quit and move on. Simply not a trustworthy company.

Phew! This is not an easy company to work for and that's because everything you do is ten times more important because we impact patients and families. I have grown with this company & built many connections & friendships. As I turn the corner at 12 years, I am still learning & have a passion for what we do. There's a lot that goes on behind the scenes to operate with high standards in our Direct Service business & our technicians & customer care are at the front lines. Thank you StateServ!

Trying to figure out why one of your trucks is parked in a dark neighborhood 11 oclock PM TEXAS TIME. On the side of my house, as I live on the corner. 11/27/2020 parked for more than 15 minutes + and when leaving they decide to turn around in the middle of the street and drive off ERRATICALLY.!.
