Ive had the best experiences with the front staff and my doctor was very patient and knowledgeable.

SCAM! I have to pay out of pocket for a service, but they refuse to tell me the price. They claim they do not even have a price range for how much blood labs will cost til after the service. 4 phone calls, 3 hours, 8 people, none of them could tell me how much they will bill me for. Simple lab work, not a surgery or anything that may come with surprises, just blood work. I feel they are discriminating against me for being disabled. I asked if this was the case and she told me she was disconnecting the call and then hung up. This just proved my theory. I asked to speak to the Clinic Manager. They claimed they didn't have one, claimed they could handle my complaint themselves and that the Clinic Manager does not field complaints, the clinic manager is busy, won't call back, the excuses went on and on. If you are disabled, stay far away from this clinic. They will give you the run around and then hang up on you. Not worth it. I filed a complaint with AZDHS and will continue to search for entities that are able to hold this clinic accountable for either their gross incompetence, fraudulent billing practices, or their discrimination against disabled seniors. I also filed a complaint with my insurance company.

The dumbest experience i've had with a cigna medical group pharmacy. They didn't fill and ignored my medication because they thought it was put there on mistake... a mistake that had to go through medical professionals prior to the pharmacy department ? Do not recommend for anyone trying to get urgent medical supplies.
