I bought a set of 69 Camaro seats 4/15/23. Mary is a great owner. She took the time to show me around their facility which is a class act. They are very personable and I plan on bringing my wife there one day just to show her around. Mary thanks for the seats and tootsie roll tootsie pop. Haha Service: Body & Trim

SNAKEBIT! 13 months ago, I drove my ’37 Chevy sedan to Venom for and estimate on a paint job; same body color, fenders to black and a rain gutter mod. Terry and Mary complemented me on the car; on how beautiful it was; inside and out. It is a driver, not a trailer queen and I was just interested in freshening the car as it had 43K miles on it and built in ’04. I relied on Terry’s expertise on what it would take; money and time to complete the project as I had a budget. He walked around the car once or twice and upon walking into his office told me $12-15 thousand and 3 months. He said may change a bit, but based on what he could see, that would be close. Mary said 50% down would be required to start the project and I complied with a deposit of $6K. Months went by with more deposits; hood, panels, fenders, running boards removed; with explanations of how much uneven the surfaces and panels were and how much filler had to be removed and how much filler had to be reapplied and sanded. It became apparent they had never done a gutter fill modification, because the method they used required them to remove interior panels and headliner and charged over twice as many hours as other shops. When I voiced my concern about the cost and time delays, I was told that this can be expected with these old cars; “you just don’t know what you’re going to find”. Terry became visibly irritated at my questioning and said I could take the car then…I still believed in him then and unfortunately continued. The car has now been removed after $41K-320+ hours---NO PAINT and in pieces. Two other quality shops and an insurance adjuster who know the car, have looked at time spent on phases of the project since and shake their heads in disbelief. The WORST decision in my life was to take my pride and joy to Venom’! They appear to do good work (Facebook), talk a good line and cover their backsides contractually, but BEWARE! ‘Have endless money and time if you dare!
