My dr. placed an order for a my annual mammogram which is covered 100% by insurance. The order was for a 3D image due dense tissue (standard imaging always shows the dense tissue as an abnormality, which it isn't abnormal for me, it is my norm) The imaging center refused to do the 3D, they said they HAD to do the standard first. Of course I had to come back for the 3D. My insurance would have covered the 3D without the standard. But because the standard showed the not real 'abnormality', Banner is claiming the 3D was necessary and I am being charged $841 for the 3D that insurance doesn't cover because the standard filled my yearly imaging quota. Banner is refusing to make any adjustments or just charge me the self pay amount of $200. They completely screwed up and apparently I am just supposed to pay.

First experience. I was nervous and they made me feel right at home. They were friendly and very efficient In and out in a matter of 30 minutes. Quickest appointment ever. Awesome place! Save the tatas!

The staff at Banner Breast Imaging certainly make a yearly Mammogram test as pleasant as possible. They are efficient, kind and respectable of all of the client that I have seen over the past 8 years.
