        Chad bas been both my commercial and residential agent for a couple of years. Me. He always incredibly responsive even texting me back when he was camping to add a new vehicle to the policy. Two weeks ago I was in a fairly bad car accident and Chad sprung into action. My claim was resolved very quickly and with minimal effort on my part. We went with Farmers despite it being a little more expensive than other insurance companies and have not regretted our decision. If having an agent that actually cares about you and your family is important, go with Chad.
